2. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Service Description

Flixu provides an AI-powered translation workspace designed for high-fidelity document translation (“The Service”). The Service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

4. Subscription & Payments

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
• No Refunds: There are no refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the license was not used.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flixu AI LLC’s liability shall be limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
